Nissan revealed 2013 Terrano

Nissan has officially brought back to life the Terrano moniker by launching its own version of the Dacia/Renault Duster.
We already saw a prototype yesterday completely undisguised so the design isn't really a surprise. It's essentially a Duster with Nissan's corporate front grille, slightly modified headlights, an additional crease on the side profile and larger taillights at the back. We assume some of these changes will find their way on the Duster facelift scheduled to come out at next month's IAA.
The Nissan Terrano can also be distinguished by its new alloy wheels, blackened door pillars and the lightly modified roof rails. The interior has been carried over but with a new steering wheel, vents, new storage space on top of the dashboard, audio system and changed faux wood inserts on the center console and in the door panels.
Engine lineup will include the familiar 105 bhp (78 kW) 1.6-liter gasoline engine and two 1.5-liter dCi engines offered with 85 bhp (63 kW) and 110 bhp (82 kW).
Nissan has announced order books will open on September 1, with sales commencing a month later.
