2013 Nissan Terrano spied without any camouflage

The 2013 Nissan Terrano has been spied without any camouflage ahead of an official unveiling set for tomorrow.

Based on the Dacia Duster, the Terrano revival looks slightly more premium than the Romanian off-roader thanks to a reshaped bonnet, Nissan's corporate front grille, different rims, tweaked headlights and larger taillights. In addition, the pillars have been darkened while both bumpers have been revised but overall you still can clearly notice it's essentially a Duster with some new makeup.

The 2013 Terrano will be available with the same two power units as the car it's based on, a modest 1.6-liter gasoline engine and a 1.5-liter dCi diesel.

Expect a price tag slightly higher once the car goes on sale sometime around October. Production will take place in Oragadam, India where Nissan makes the Micra, Sunny Sedanand Evalia.
