Facelifted Hyundai Veloster Turbo & i40 Wagon tackle the Ring
Do you like this story?
Work continues on the facelifted Hyundai Veloster Turbo and i40 Wagon as our spies have caught both models undergoing testing on the Nürburgring.
While the cars are heavily camouflaged, we can see they will feature the usual styling tweaks including a new front bumper and restyled headlights. The rear ends could also be updated but the camouflage makes it hard to know for sure.
The Veloster Turbo is expected to feature a turbocharged 1.6-liter four-cylinder engine that develops 201 bhp (150 kW) and 195 lb-ft (264 Nm) of torque. However, there has been speculation that the engine could be upgraded but nothing is official as of yet.
Engine options are also expected to carryover in the i40 Wagon but they could receive some minor modifications for improved performance and reduced fuel consumption.
